I designed and developed the support section for BradyID, delivering a modern, cohesive brand experience that prioritizes user needs. By streamlining navigation and integrating self-service features, the new design empowers users to easily find the resources and solutions they need.
Support Landing Page
This page serves as a central hub for navigating a vast collection of support resources. Through analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and user surveys, I identified key support topics to prioritize and refined the categorization strategy. I transformed these insights into wireframes, designs, and a fully developed page using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The page features robust, responsive, and fully accessible components—such as cards, tooltips, tabs, and accordions—all of which I designed and coded from the ground up.

Product Support Pages
To provide great support, Brady's web team builds product-specific support pages, featuring drivers, firmware, downloads, and more. I analyzed user sentiment through testing and web analytics and designed an improved layout and content hierarchy tailored for efficient CMS implementation.

Contact Pages
I designed BradyID’s contact pages, applying the same research-driven workflow of user analysis, wireframing, and iterative design. The pages were optimized for clarity and ease of use, ensuring they aligned with the brand’s refreshed visual style and integrated seamlessly with the CMS. The redesign focused on enhancing the user journey, making it faster and more intuitive for customers to find the right contact information.
